  I don't go to Arby's much. They are WAY overpriced for what they offer, but today I guess I needed to be reminded why I don't. Gabriela(sp) kind of walked up and took my order. Not much of a greeting or anything. Didn't engage. Lackluster customer service. Asked for a name for my togo order...got it wrong. I ordered a bit and my food was ready fast. Asked the person that handed me my order and asked for 2 Arby's sauces...he said they were out. It happens. Then he pointed to the condiment station with those little paper cups and I asked him if he expected me to drive and carry them at the same time. He said yes....smh. The fries were lukewarm, the sandwiches were pretty much cold, but I have a few miles to drive so I deal with that. Food was a little shy of expectations...which aren't high. The bun felt dried out and a bit stale. I made myself an Arnold Palmer with the light lemonade from the drink machine and the unsweetened tea. Tasted...old. you know the almost "musty" taste that happens...the machine or tea should probably be checked for freshness and cleanliness as it almost tasted "mildewy" I have been here a few times and this was the worst experience I have had there. Just wasn't pleased with it. Probably be a WHILE before I go again. If I do

  Arby's is always good. They have changed their menu options since we were there last and I like it very much!

  Haven't had Arby's in about 15 years so decided to give it another whirl. It was about how I remembered. I liked how they had plenty of self pour sauces available. Got the half lb roast beef sandwich with cheese. The cheese is the liquid kind of cheese you get with nachos at a gas station. I asked about the steak chunks which I've seen videos on and really wanted to try but the girl said they don't sell those anymore (why???) That was really all I wanted to try. I can probably go another 15 years now lol.
