We travel frequently thru Kennewick and usually stop to grab food here for our family. Some times it’s good service but last few times wasn’t great but left it alone. My kids are allergic to dairy and so we all don’t eat around them dairy. we usually order cheesy rice and bean burritos with no dairy add potatoes. Fresco style but I usually do plain for my younger ones without the tomatoes and onions. We ordered drive thru today, left and realized 2 had cheese sauce. So we went back and gave the receipt. Said we arnt sure if the others had cheese as well so had to rip them all open on the counter to check, make the burritos disassemble but whatever they remade the 2. We left again and my child took a bite and I saw creamy sauce in there, we turned around. Went back and there was 5 of them at the counter and I was clearly upset because we said no dairy, why would they think creamy sauce is ok if we were remaking? I started speaking to a male and he ended up just turning to another and when speaking to her, she wasn’t very polite when she can see I’m upset that my child almost consumed an allergy for the 2nd time. She tried explaining and making excuses and I’m like if I specify no dairy, why would you think I want creamy jalopeno when you had to REMAKE the problem already. (I didn’t notice the other one have any sauce but she said she made them and in the moment I didn’t ask if they were made together with the sauce so I threw it out later to be safe.) she was like well how many burritos do you want remade and I wanted to be like remake them all if possible but I felt like there was a line up and they were all witnessing this so I said just fix this burrito that has the sauce on it. Then another lady was there and started speaking Spanish and had them all speaking Spanish amoungst eachother after I said this isn’t ok if I specified no dairy to have dairy. You took the order and heard us say it, that’s why we said no cheese sauce cream or any dairy. . I thought that was extremely rude. They are lucky I was next to my child who took a bite, it’s dark they wouldn’t have noticed until too late, I check their food but wouldn’t have if I thought they fixed this issue already. This is the 3rd time we’ve had issues, they need to have better training or something because I worked costumer service so I understand to an extent but I’d never make excuses especially when it comes to an allergy!

We eat at this Taco Bell usually once or twice a month (always drive thru). Our orders have always been correct, the service adequate and the food relatively consistent. That aside this is a review of the mini taco salad and nacho supreme dip. The mini taco salads were fairly tasty. 3 bucks and 300 calories each makes for a pretty good snack/meal. 1...or even 2 will not be enough for a meal for many people but as an addon to another item or two, it hits the spot. The only issue I had was they don't come with sour cream. We ate them at home and added our own so not a big deal for us. The nacho supreme dip was ok. Probably not worth the 2.49 cost and close to 400 calories but others mileage may vary. Definitely convenient though and possibly worth it if you don't like soggy chips from typical nachos. As far as fast food is concerned, everything here met my expectations but nothing was stellar. 4 of 5.

I used to like ordering from here (as opposed to other fast food places) because it was good, consistent & they always got the orders right (no matter how many special instructions) & never missed putting items in the bag. My last 3 orders have had missing items, wrong items or both. This order, I ordered the Black Beans and Rice & got rice with refried beans on top. I ordered the Steak Cheesy Dipping Burritos with no sauce & it had lots of sauce on it. The dipping burritos are really small & so not worth the price. The garlic dipping sauce just tastes like garlic mayo. I'm very disappointed with my orders lately. Even the quality isn't quite the same. They've really gone downhill.
