  INNCIDENT HAPPENED 2-8-26: I was on road trip, my dad and I stopped to get gas, and get a bite to eat. I went in the subway to get my sandwich while my dad was filling up the car. After he was done with the car, he came over to the subway, there was 2 people working. One of them was a lady, and she was working in the back. The other person was a very young guy, seemed like he was in high school. He finished giving me my food. When I was finished paying for my food, he just looked at my dad and backed away to the back, didn't even say a word to him, he didn't even help him. The girl in the back asked him if he was going to help my dad, and the young boy just shrugged. My dad and I walked out immediately. The young man was never very helpful when he was making my food either. Everytime there was a time to add something to the sandwich, he would drop the bread on the board and look at me, he wouldn't ask if I wanted something from that station on my sandwich. And when he cashed me out, he didn't say anything. He just looked at me when the price was posted. He acted like he just wanted to sit and play on his phone. That's why I thought he was in high school. You're going to lose customers if you have that young man working. Very rude and unprofessional... The lady should've came out and helped my dad at the very least, But she didn't seem to bother to come out from the back either.

  I work in the food service and am typically not one to complain because of that, however this was the worst subway sandwich I’ve ever had. It was inedible, I literally threw my half of it away. The worker grabbed bread from the back, not out of the bread warmer which I’m assuming was leftover bread they were probably told to use before the fresh stuff, the lettuce tasted rotten and the olives tasted funky too. $20.75 for a sandwich that was crusty and rotten. I have gotten the same exact sub for 10 years and I never once have had any location make one that was so disgusting. I don’t think this location values keeping fresh ingredients whatsoever and their staff obviously doesn’t care either considering that bread was hard as a rock on the outside and he cut it open and served it.

  My favorite subway to go to. There is this short beautiful girl that works there that makes my sandwiches perfect and she is so sweet and nice

  I had a great experience at this Subway! I’m usually pretty indecisive when it comes to picking a sandwich, but Austin was super patient and helpful. He suggested that I get an a chicken bacon ranch based on what I said I liked. He also made my sandwich quickly and exactly how I wanted it, all of the toppings were evenly spread, it was perfect. Excellent service, and I loved the decorations they put up for Christmas!! Super festive☺️

  I had a fantastic experience today at this Subway, specifically thanks to Austin. I was having a hard time deciding on my combination of cheeses and sauces, and Austin was incredibly helpful and patient, offering genuine suggestions without rushing me. He handled my order with great care. My sandwich (a bacon chicken ranch) was not only delicious but was built perfectly—the ingredients were evenly spread out, and it looked like a Sub you'd see in an advertisement! His positive energy and attention to detail made my entire visit a pleasure. It’s clear Austin takes pride in his work. I'll definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you, Austin, for making my lunch break so great!
