This place is a joke!!!! The employees are rude based on the way you look. Also there's no door on the bathroom stall in the men's room. Isn't that illegal? Like a HUGE invasion of privacy...

I like to give thumbs up 👍to the young man helping at the cash register or working in the front, he was or has good customer service. Is not easy finding good hard working young people's now on days.

Girl with red hair at the drive-through right now was just very rude to me. Very unprofessional if you guys have cameras, I suggest you look at them from 1:30 to 1:39 this day and see the experience

I ordered from this location to different times tonight. The first time they got my ordered wrong so I was able to get a refund and order a second time.
I called in the second time to ensure that they would make sure that my order would be correct and they still sent the order incorrectly.
When I called I spoke with Jamie the store manager or the manager on duty for the night and she said that despite the two different blunders on this issue that they are not able to replace a burger.
It's just disappointing that DoorDash is not responsible for the ineptitude of McDonald's and its employees.
Two different burgers in one night and they're both wrong. Why??
In total $35 was spent for an order that was received incorrectly two different times. Just be careful ordering through DoorDash because there's nothing that they're going to do after they make the mistake two different times.

I truly don't understand why you guys have a drive-thru it truly does not matter what McDonald's in the Tri-Cities you order at they ask you either pull around front or pull to their designated drive-thru parking it could be a 20 piece chicken nugget it could be a Diet Coke can you pull around.. it's honestly ridiculous you're a multi-billion dollar company y'all need to start going into your own business ordering and seeing how well that works for you.
ordering on your app that's a joke also. Pretty sad your customers have to make sure all of their food is in the bag before they can leave your restaurant on a regular basis
