  I waited over 30 minutes for one sandwich I can prove I waited that long. The employees were not nice when I asked about my sandwich I only asked because 2 people after me ordered and got their sandwiches out right away with barely any wait. When we got our sandwich it was messy had other ingredients on it. Had mustard all over my wrapper didn’t even order mustard. Put everyone’s in a bag but mine and was nice when they picked it up. The employee was very rude and annoyed about giving me my sandwich and basically threw it was like here there is your sandwich finally. I will never visit this location again and I will be letting everyone know about the service and the quality of food they made me that wasn’t even correct. I also did the survey at the end of the receipt to tell them about the experience as well

  This location is awesome! Every employee was working hard and friendly! I was helped by 3 people within a minute making sure I'd been helped! The music was a great choice and employees were low key singing along as they worked! Keep up with the good work and the singing while you work! We loved it! We'll be back!

  Clearwater Store. Friday 10/24/25 @5pm. Waited 3-4 minutes for someone to take order, while2-3 cars came up behind me. Ordered a Tuna Sub. Pulled up to window and waited another 15 minutes, as well as the cars behind me. Watched the 2 boys making sandwiches, throwing across room like foot balls. I yelled that I only ordered 1 sandwich throw the window. One of them heard me and handed me (what I thought to be) my tuna sub. Get home, open my sub and it was an Italian sub. It was actually very delicious. I would have rather had tomatoes than the onions on it tho. I’m sure whoever gets my tuna is not going to be as happy as I was.

  Staff seemed annoyed that I was a little late picking up my takeout. Sandwiches were very good.
