We make delicious sandwiches and salads. We cook the turkey, brine the pastrami, sear the chicken, and pickle the vegetables (that need pickling). We bake the bread, make the dressing from scratch, and emulsify our own mayo. We like the food we make. We eat it everyday. We hope you do too.
