Took about 23 minutes to get chili fries a burger and 20 spicy nuggs. When I asked if I could take the food because it was for my kid and I didn't want it to get cold, I was informed I didn't order a kids meal, as if that's all a kid could possibly eat. Place was dirty, on my way out about 5-6 Wendy's Employees walked in the front door. Honestly Wendy's needs to bring in a cooperate manager or close this one too. I won't go back inside and if it wasn't for the fact my kid loves those spicy nuggs, I wouldn't go back at all. F for the 5th time in a row Wendy's.

Shame on the management team at this location. Staff not trained, wrong food to the wrong people, complete lose of orders. Just utter chaos, fortunate for Wendy's I left and went to another location in pasco. Saved the face of their brand. Numerous people angry with Wendy's to in kenniwick wa. Dont go here, unless you want to be disappointed
- ASAngel SaladNov 7, 20251.0Awful service, placed a mobile order at 9:20, get there 9:25AM and I expect maybe a minute or two to wait for the latest but the whole thing took near NINE MINUTES at a morning with not nearly enough traffic to justify ANY delays. There was two cars that went through the dive thru during that entire wait AND THE LOBBY WAS DEAD. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed in the manner of time. On top of all that no apologies, no compensation for that time like maybe add fries in which I ORDERED A BREAFKAST SANDICH AND NOTHING ELSE. Awful service, Awful response. The nearest I got as a response for it all was a woman saying "im sorry Im getting to it." At like 9:28 Like that is somehow calming any disrespect of my time that I wasted.

I have two rowdy kids who love to pretend to be dinosaurs and she began joking with them and talking about dinosaurs with them. Later in the car they told me she was as "cool as a t-rex!" I will definitely be returning and so will my little velociraptors!
