- MMMernaMar 14, 20261.0First time going to Outback Steakhouse. Hostess at the door didn't smile or greet is and seemed unfriendly. We sat in the bar area at a two person table. My seat had dried food on it, but table was clean. Waitress came to take our drinks. No hi, welcome in or smile. After appetizers and first course, plates were piled on the small table and she wouldnt clear them. Chef was very nice and brought our meal and cleared the table when we asked. Food was okay but they got our order mixed up. After our meal, the waitress didnt ask how the food was or even clear our plates. Not going to return.
- DCDaisy CMar 13, 20265.0Yarelli L was our server tonight, and she was so empathetic and kind. There was a scent sprayed in the restroom near our seats that began triggering an allergic reaction, and she quickly took action, speaking with her manager to change our table, and continued to check on us consistently even when our seats were moved beyond her section. While I'm sure it was inconvenient for her, she stuck to her smile and finished our service strong. The people make the experience, and she made mine. Tysm!!

Sweet potato was quite burned on the bottom, ribs and chicken i ordered were WAY overcooked 2 or 3 of the ribs were inedible and chicken was cooked to the point of it being dry and tough. Ordered salad with no cheese due to allergy to dairy and house salad was served with it anyway. Texas roadhouse is better and will be our steak stop in the future.
