  We went in tonight, host suggested sitting in the bar. He got us a table, cleared it. Never came back to clean the table. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to at least say hi, be right with you, anything - nothing. Table next to us having the same situation except they did get drinks. Worst experience of my life. Don’t bother going there. We left & went to Texas Roadhouse.

  Waited 15 mins to be seated which is normal. Then waited over an hour (about a hour 15mins) for 10 wings, onion rings, fries and a bacon burger. Asked for mayo instead of the aioli. Got nothing, had to ask for it which is ok. Proceeded to get the mayo with nothing to spread it with? The bacon was soo hard, I was afraid of chipping a tooth and had to take it off my burger. The wings were dry and over cooked, but the sauce was good. On top of the fact that not one thing was even remotely warm when we got it, I wouldn’t even call it room temperature, it was just cold.

  Thank you to Hannah and Chris- I stop by about once a week and both are amazing at their profession and how they handle themselves behind the bar. Appreciate their hustle and extra effort to make sure everyone gets great service.

  My husband and I went in about 12:30 today and as a server/bartender for 9 pulse years I have never got up and walked out of a place because I understand a lot of but from the moment we walked in we waited 5 minutes to get settled and we were at are table for 20 before we got up and walked out we were not greeted no one once came to are table not even to say hey give me one moment I will be with you we got nothing mind you the restaurant was not at all busy and there was no one to be found I would get it if it was busy but it definitely was not at all it was very much empty and not one person did a table touch.. later I called and called 3 time and all times they answered the phone fast then taking care of the customer and not once could they find a manager 🫣🙄 bye fair the worst customer service I’ve ever seen and we don’t go there quite often

  I ordered on the app and when I showed up 15 minutes later my order wasn't ready. I had to wait another 10 minutes. So overall a 25 minute wait time for a takeout order. That seems a bit on the long side to me. It wasn't even a large order. Otherwise everything was fine.
