  Go here if you plan on waiting over 1.5hr for your food. Then it comes out cold and incomplete. Apparently this has been a known common issue and they decide to do nothing about it.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings last night. It was my first time ordering wings there, so I asked an employee for help with my order because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. I trusted their recommendation thinking my order would come out right, but unfortunately it didn’t turn out good at all. On top of that, the restaurant didn’t seem very clean. The bathrooms were dirty and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. There were also dirty dishes sitting on multiple tables instead of being cleared. Overall, the service and cleanliness were pretty disappointing. I was hoping for a better experience, especially after asking for help with my order.

  We came back to claim some food that was missing from our order a while back, and Peyton was so helpful and sweet. Got our food out to us as soon as possible and never felt more accommodated and helped. Definitely gonna come back again ☺️

  Ordered food on door dash to pick up ourselves after a very long day travelling. Told him the name for the order and he gave us our stuff and went on our way. We should have double checked, so thats our fault. Got home, and there was a man's name on the bag and not our food. Had to drive 20 minutes each way to go back AGAIN to pick up our food. You'd think they would at the very least remade it so it wasnt literally icy. But came back to the hotel with freezing food that we had to go use the gas station microwave to re heat after paying $85 USD for our meal 🙄🙄🙄🙄.... amd disgusting food at that. The burger...ugh

  Ordered takeout today and we were disappointed. We ordered the pick 6 meal for 2, a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, fried pickles and a side of veggies and ranch. They told me my pick up time was 2 pm. I got there and was told I needed to wait 15 more minutes. Then our food came out and they forgot one of our burgers. Finally got the burger and headed home. They also forgot the side of veggies and ranch that I ordered and our 2 drinks. Our fried pickles didn’t look cooked enough and they were cold and our burgers were very plain tasting. No seasoning or anything. Overall I was just super bummed because eating out is a special treat and I didn’t feel good after this. I took 2 bites of my burger, didn’t eat the cold flavorless pickles, didn’t have a drink or the veggies that I was looking forward to. Ended up eating Cheerios at home and they hit the spot.
