  I lived in Kennewick and used to order here all the time when they had the 5-5-5 deal. That goes way back. The order that prompted this review was yesterday's. I ordered a pizza over an hour in advance for a 12:45 delivery because I had to run errands on my work lunch break from 11:30-12:30. The delivery estimate, *IMMEDIATELY AFTER PLACING A 12:45 ORDER* was 12:24-12:39, not 12:45. A little annoying, because I JUST placed the order for 12:45, but ok, I am 3 minutes from the store, I probably just got put in the front of the queue for efficiency. I do my full hour lunch running errands in another town only to get to work and find out the pizza isn't there. I figured it would be fast because I am 3 minutes and 1.1 miles away on the exacty same road as the pizza store. I find out my driver, Kaileah, is in San Francisco! Awesome, no tracking! I call the store to find out why my pizza is over half an hour late, phone number is disconnected. Check Google, app, website: All the same disconnected phone number. Instead of getting my pizza in 3 minutes, it was sitting in a hot bag from 12:20-13:25. 65 minutes in a hot bag, that's insane for a 3 minute drive. When it arrived, it was NOT HOT and IT WAS NOT EATEN. It looked great, but it was barely warm. No one here at work was impressed or satisfied at all. **A COMPLETE WASTE OF $26!!!!!!!!!!!!!!** This is precisely why I order carry out and not delivery. Dominos disappointed me and I might take a couple years off from using them like I have with other food options that have simply declined in expectations and performance in the last ~2-3 years.

  Ordered around 10:50pm, to be fair I was not expecting much quality wise from a dominos at almost 11pm on a wendsday but man the employee his name is Charles I believe, dude whipped up one of the most wickedest pan pizzas I've had from Dominos. Big props Charles, may not seem like much but after a long day, a good pizza is what I needed and yall delivered. 5 Stars well earned!

  No stars for not answering the phone wanted to give recognition for driver and cooks and get the drives name but the app doesn’t allow so I called multiple times and no answer

  The delivery time wasn't bad and my friends pizza wasn't bad. When I ordered in the app, I got a pizza with garlic parmesan because I can't have tomato, and it came with tomato baked with the cheese on top. Over the app, I have never had to put no tomato because it says it when i finish putting my pizza together. I just wanted another pizza without and ended up with a refund. However the employee was rude and got sassy with my friend who called. Only two stars because I got a refund or hopefully will.

  I have to say, I don't know if the employees are stressed or overworked, but I ordered a pizza online and received a text when it was ready. I get there and stood for at least 5 minutes with all of them looking at me and not saying a word to me. When one of the drivers finally acknowledged me, I told him my name and he said it's coming out of the oven. I told him I received a text that it was ready so he checked and it was on the shelf. And I bought a coke also, which was warm. And my pizza, which has always been good, wasn't. The cheese barely melted and just clumped in random places. It wasn't good. So not that domino's care, but I won't be back for another.
