  This place consistent fails me. The food is fine. But it usually comes out after an interminable amount of wait, doesn't matter what day or time of the week. Even a small order of wings and fries takes an hour. Their kitchen staff is out, they are understaffed or their system to take order malfunctions... The list goes on. They seem to just not care.

  The food was freezing, one of our mozzarella sticks were not even cooked also we waited for an hour and half for this, and even the people next to us were have horrible service, the lady gave her KIDS alcoholic drinks, ALSO the manager had said that she has been getting a lot of upset customers and one of the waiters had a horrible attitude towards us and my mom had to get her drink remade 4 times because they were all wrong and the last one she got was even wrong but the waitress we had was nice.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings last night. It was my first time ordering wings there, so I asked an employee for help with my order because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. I trusted their recommendation thinking my order would come out right, but unfortunately it didn’t turn out good at all. On top of that, the restaurant didn’t seem very clean. The bathrooms were dirty and there were no paper towels to dry your hands. There were also dirty dishes sitting on multiple tables instead of being cleared. Overall, the service and cleanliness were pretty disappointing. I was hoping for a better experience, especially after asking for help with my order.
