    We have had a run of bad luck when it comes to ordering meals. When a quick service spot fails to produce their products according to spec, it's problematic. Eating there becomes a craps shoot and consistency the main benefit you offer. The new ham and cheese sandwich is supposed to have double ham and be toasted.

    I went in the shop with my dad to get some lunch. We kindly ordered our 2 sandwiches straight off the menu with a little twist. One sandwich had avocado added to it and the other, no onions please. When we received our sandwiches we were confused to see onions loaded on one and the missing avocado on the other. Not to mention a lack of fresh ingredients. I approached the 5 men on the small sandwich line and asked if I could have the avocado I paid extra for as I showed them the receipt. They all 5 looked at me with a blank expression and one said “ yeah there was supposed to be avocado “ then no one did anything. I sat back down assuming someone would assist me and after 10 minutes past I had to walk up again where it seems all the employees disappeared to struggle to get a small cup of avocado. I’m not sure what’s wrong with these people but they might need to be re trained on how to be human beings. Thank you

    Love me some JJ’s but this franchise owner has no clue about the pledge they took to be “Freaky Fast.” I’ve been to this location off and on for a few years now and its new tag line should be, “Freaking Slow.” I’ve ordered sandwiches online and in store but it doesn’t seem to matter. The employees don’t care how long it takes to make a simple sandwich that I assume portions are prepped to be easily and quickly assembled hence JJ’s motto… 🤦🏻‍♂️

    Would give them zero stars if I could. The children working this location pick and choose when they’re going to be open despite posted hours. Additionally, they will blatantly ignore customers in the drive through because they are too lazy. When you finally get someone to make you a sandwich the quality is atrocious.

    I often wonder what happened to JJ’s customer service. This location really appeared sterile and there wasn’t much personality. It used to be that JJ was kinda quirky and all American kinda like Red Robin. The Cap Hill location used to be the spot and I loved getting my pickle on the side. My sandwhich was huge which is not a bad thing. Staff seemed bored and not enthused to be there. I hope that there is something that may motivate them to step up a little more.
