  Service was quick and efficient. Order accurate. Prices like most places going up. My kid loved the sub and flavor of ingredients. I enjoyed mine as well. I could tell the difference in flavor compared to other sub places. Less topping options and all but still good quality and flavor. Definitely worth it.

  But that it’s $22 for a giant sandwich. Then another two dollars for cheese and a large Coke cost me $30. By far the most expensive sandwich I’ve ever had. Tub subs in Bothell makes the best sandwiches and they don’t cost that much. What happened Jimmy John’s? Sorry but I can’t buy your sandwiches anymore. Jersey Mike’s and Mercury coffee both have amazing sandwiches too, and they are far less than this one.

  Wasn't impressed with the the sandwich I ordered, there was no flavor and the bread was rock hard,honestly subway has better sandwiches and flavor,

  Been here multiple times but this experience was absolutely disgusting. No idea what that chunk was embedded in the bread, but it stunk and had paper in it! Not edible. Food safety hazard.

  Avoid! We love Jimmy John's and have visited across the country and have had bad experiences here before but tonight was the last straw. I ordered in the drive thru. First, it took ten minutes for the sandwiches to come out despite only one car being in the parking lot. For dietary needs, I checked the sandwiches and one was made wrong. At this point the employee became aggravated that I had for a sandwich to be remade. Then while waiting the second car behind us was prompted for an order despite already placing order a few minutes before. At this point the employee apologized for the wait because the driver ahead had ordered wrong and asked for his order to be re-made. Really nice since you can hear the speaker while waiting at the window. No need for your cold generic response, I have already submitted the feedback.
