When I walked in, I smiled and waited for just a couple of minutes—nobody acknowledged me. There were two employees, and both had their backs turned and weren’t paying attention. It wasn’t even busy at the time. When one finally turned around, he didn’t greet me or acknowledge me in any way. I had to say, “Hi, I’m here to pick up my order,” and he just asked for my name—no hello, nothing. Then a woman came out and said, “Honey, what’s the name?” First, don’t call customers “honey.” Second, the tone was disrespectful and unprofessional. This was so rude and untrained. Domino’s needs to train their staff in basic customer service, because customers are spending their money expecting respect and professionalism. This experience was honestly the worst service I’ve ever had.

Sorry, but very frustrating and typical with this location.
