- BWBeth Robison Wheeler1 day ago3.0I was so disappointed in this Panera. My sister and I ordered separately. My "souffle" was handed to me when we ordered. My beverage took a long time to come. AND my sister's order took even longer (she ordered first). When she asked about the order after my drink came up, she was told "it was working". Have no idea what that meant - and three other orders came out before hers did. I've liked other Panera stores in the past, but this one didn't impress me in any way.
