Management has found a new way to keep the bathrooms clean: make them mostly unusable. In the men's, there was no toilet paper, no seat covers, only an empty soap dispenser at the sink, and the paper towel dispenser was empty, too. This wasn't just an employee forgetting to do a periodic check. The food was OK but the overall experience made me wonder if their back-of-house food handling is as bad as their front-of-house management.

After 5-10 mins, someone came to our table to say that they just put the souffles in the oven and will take 15 minutes. I was okay with that. I checked at the register since it has been over 15 minutes and was told 5 more minutes and if i can’t wait, she will refund me. Why would you even atrempt to offer a refund at this point?!? They marked our order as complete after delivering 1 part of the order, though we waited more than 15 minutes to get the rest. Both people at Panera were not very helpful
