  We are at the restaurant right now and literally the employees are so nice! The restaurant is clean, they are working but all seem to be in great spirits and having a good time. You never see that anymore. What a great experience!!

  Absolutely awful experience. They refused to sell extra toppings on the side (seriously?), then acted like I was the inconvenience. Staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly only cared about repeating that the lobby was closing in 30 minutes instead of actually providing basic customer service. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. Food sucked. Service sucked. The whole vibe was “hurry up and leave.” Honestly, I’d recommend licking your foot before coming here — at least that would be more enjoyable. Won’t be back.

  I went through the drive thru and a girl with pink and blue hair was extremely rude, and very unwelcoming. I work in customer service and genuinely would never treat a person like how she treated me and my friend. I said thank you after ordering and getting my food and all she said back was “yep.” and slammed the window on us. and at drive thru she didn’t even tell us to pull up she just said “okay.” I get if people are having a bad day but to project it on others is not okay. You chose this job, not me, and if you don’t want to be there then that’s not my fault. Act nicer towards customers as you’re the one serving and taking orders. Disappointed.
