  I ordered a quarter pounder using the McDonald's app. And my points when I received the quarter pounder, it was not cooked fully. It has several areas that were pink. I let the manager know and he refused to give me a refund.He told me that that's the way all the burgers come out.And if I want to get cooked all the way, I have to tell them that I want my burger well done. I again explain to the manager that I have been eating mcdonald's quarter pounders.In in there are always cooked with no pink or rock parts.He explained that that's the way all his quarter pounders come out, and he even went and made another one, and brought it back out to show me that they all come out pink and raw. Also his customer service skills needed a lot of work. Refusing to give me a refund for food that I was not willing to eat.It seems very unethical. I will be reaching out to ownership to explain my frustration with my experience. You can judge for yourself.I have attached photos of the burger.They wanted me to eat

  I just stop by to grab breakfast with my wife, she ordered the big breakfast with sausage and hotcakes and I wanted the big breakfast with steak, it was 6:20am on a Wednesday, it wasn't busy and still they managed to mess my order, I got sausage instead of steak, but was charged for the steak. The food is good. But still, I don't appreciate paying more and not getting with I ordered.

  always had a sweet experience here until today between 6.30 and 7.00 PM when I encountered a rude customer service person while picking up my drive through order. He literally raised his voice on me when I asked for extra two pieces of straw. We got into an argument afterwards and he literally closed the window on me while I was still speaking. This was quite unusual and very upsetting and got my 5 year old daughter who witnessed it asking me why we had to have an argument over straw. Just giving 2 stars because the food was still good.

  Used to be my go to spot with my kids in the morning on the regular. Was so much fun for us. They just moved the play place open time from 7 am to 9 am. Guess we won’t be coming anymore unfortunately.
