  The server, Rishav, was very attentive and pleasant, the food was excellent and just the right amount of spice and flavor, the atmosphere was very relaxing and perfect for a nice out with the family. Food service was fast too. Would definitely recommend.

  Always wanted to try Masthi when it was down near Costco and was sad to see it close down. We live in the highlands and were therefore delighted to see them take over a spot near the theater. We finally gave the place a try and were glad we did. The food was excellent and service was top notch. Our waiter, Rishav, helped point out a few new dishes for my wife and I to try. And they were really solid recommendations. We are so grateful to have Masthi as part of the highlands and it will be a place we look forward to coming back to whenever we feel the cravings for good Indian cuisine. Highly recommend!

  We had a great experience at Masthi bar and grill. The food, ambience, service, cleanliness were all amazing. We had tandoori chicken platter, seekh kabab, tawa fish, idli, hyderabadi chicken and tandoori roti. The Hyderabad chicken was a little too spicy for us but we were told by the server about that before ordering. Sabin was an excellent and very friendly server. He gave us guidance on what to order, gave us free papad for the kid, and also free shots of mango lassi when the Hyderabad chicken was a little too spicy for us. Great food, great place, we will be back again

  Incredible food! We got the Tikka Kababob and it came out like fajitas, steaming and very tasty. My mom got the Dosa and there was a nice variety of hot and cold sauces to dip in. The coconut sauce was very good, coming from a person that normally doesn't like coconut. Naan was warm, crispy, lots of garlic. We're coming back!

  Masthi's customer service could use a vast improvement. On four separate occasions our to-go orders, placed both via phone and online, took 30-45 minutes longer than the estimated times provided. Multiple staff members provided different wait times upon arrival. On no occasions were items comped for the delay, nothing aside from an insincere apology and irritation from the restaurant staff was received when the issue was pressed. From a customer loyalty perspective, customers won't return if they're waiting for food two-three times longer than they should be. This is an example of poor customer service, so while Masthi's food is delicious they will only receive a 2-star rating for disappointing a loyal customer.
