  I used to visit this location often, because it was convenient for my family. However, I’ve now been in this location several times where I’ve witnessed the manager being verbally abusive to patrons and staff. I went in there today to grab a sandwich and the person working the register kindly told me the wait would be about 15 minutes before this woman started berating this poor kid for saying a 15-minute wait instead of what she predicted was a 20-minute wait. So, I politely thanked the person working the register and walked out. I will never eat there again.

  Walked in and was told that they’re not taking orders as they are currently making sandwiches not too sure what’s going on. This was midday.

  Understaffed for the amount of orders coming it. Lots of groups waited over 20min for their orders.

  Filthy floors. Theres a dozen tables open and they are all covered with crumbs, lettuce, fingerprints, and smeared with mayonnaise. The store isn't even busy. 🤭 Also had to wait 20+ minutes for bread, because they were out of bread. Yes, the sandwich shop ran out of bread. Freaky slow.
