It's become routine now for me to grab my groceries here first before heading elsewhere because of its convenience. Everything's basically together!

I went to this store on December 25, 2025, and bought some items. One of them had the wrong price, so I told the cashier, a girl named Sally, that the price was incorrect. She yelled at me, saying she would check it. I didn't like her attitude, so I won't be going back to this store.

I wouldn’t give a zero if I could I would probably give a half a star if I could. I am currently doing Instacart, etc. right now, and unfortunately, I came across an employee named Sally. Whatever you do, if Sally comes to assist you, please ask for somebody else. Her attitude is not 100% there and even when you try to explain your situation to her, she will put her hand on your arm and let You know that you are not listening, even though she asked what was going on. The other manager that came to assist me as well as a lovely lady at self checkout were an amazing example of customer service and a standard that should be upheld everywhere. Unfortunately, Sally has not only ruined my shopping experiences, but for other people as well. Needless to say, if I get another order from the store, regardless of how much money it is worth I will be denying it. Unfortunately, Sally has RUINED my outlook on the Gilman store that I have been coming to since I was nine years old. I have worked in customer service numerous times, especially during the holidays. I understand that is frustrating and it is stressful, but there’s no reason to ever treat another person on this earth like that especially while you are working!!! Do better Sally! never had an employee at a grocery store make me cry in my entire 26 years of life so congratulations Sally! Have a great day!
