    placed an online order for desserts for in store pickup , but the experience was disappointing. The bakery items were left exposed to the air before being packed, and the brownie bites were extremely dry, hard, and cold. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until we were already on the highway. Their customer support is only available through email, which makes it inconvenient to address the issue in the moment.

    Huge thanks to Natalie!!! I don't usually go out to eat, but today the wife was craving Panera. Over the phone she walked me through some of the menu items to help make it work! Thank you again Natalie! Have a great day! I highly recommend this location, the people were kind, and the atmosphere was calm. Huge thanks!!!!
