The service was extremely slow despite the restaurant being fully staffed. Several customers were waiting at the cashier with no one coming to help, while employees in the back were standing around talking instead of working. When I finally received my food, the fries were cold. I asked for barbecue sauce and was told it would cost $0.28. I did not have cash on me, and the employee responded in a rude tone and walked away. I was honestly shocked by how strict and unfriendly the policy was, especially considering the poor quality of the food. On top of that, the service took far too long overall, and the bathroom was very dirty. If you have the option to go to another McDonald’s or a different fast food place, I strongly recommend doing so. I would not recommend this McDonald’s location in Issaquah.

I walked out of the restroom and he hadn't reached the kitchen yet. I asked him if he was going to wash his hands. He ignored me and walked into the kitchen. Without washing his hands he started handling food. At that moment I decided not to order food and walked out of the restaurant.
