They do a great job making everything taste perfect. That said, both days my order got pushed back while others who came in after me received theirs first. Not sure what’s going on with the order system, but it was a little frustrating. Hopefully just a fluke, because otherwise the service and quality have been great.

Instead of kindly letting us know the store was closed, he scowled, appeared visibly annoyed, and knocked aggressively on the window to point to the hours. While I understand the store was closed, his approach completely ruined the experience and left me feeling unwelcome. There are countless more professional ways to communicate this, but unfortunately, he chose the most ungracious one. I will never be returning to this location.
