I have never seen such a confused group of people. we ordered a $7 meal and instead of a blizzard or a sundae my wife wanted an ice cream cone ( wich was $2 cheaper than the blizzard). the gal and manager, after looking at us bewildered ans staring at us like a deer in the headlights for a moment said "Sorry we cannot upgrade to a cone." I rubbed my forehead and and explained to the manager very politely that if she looked on the menu, it is definitely not an upgrade. she turned and looked then she looked at her register for a moment searching for the proper key. she shook her head and repeated "Sorry we cannot upgrade to a cone." My wife told her we will take the meal don't worry about the sundae and ordered a cone on the side. Heavy sigh... This generation has become too dependent on electronics and A.I., we need independent thinkers that will be able to do for themselves and help others as well...
