Under staffed over worked, probably not paid enough either. Why i gave 5 stars, 1 star equals more bs from CORPORATION. CORPORATION just want more money in their pockets. It's hard enough life. Thank you to the ACTUAL hard working employees. I feel and see you. New, week later same thing. NOT the employees fault. THEY cant get to it if they cant. I go for "clearance" because I work for a crap corporation myself.

There were numerous flies inside the Chinese food display, crawling on the food and utensils, and none of the staff seemed concerned. It was extremely off-putting. I considered reporting it to the health department, but decided to share this here in hopes it brings attention to management and alerts other customers.

Every now and then I forget why I stopped shopping here and buy some groceries out of convenience of it's location. Then I look at my receipt and remember they stopped giving you their discounts unless you get the app and jump through a bunch of hoops. I'm always pissed off by it. This time I taped the receipt to my dash so I won't forget why I don't shop at safeway anymore. Way to expensive without the discounts and I'm not getting on my phone to jump through a bunch of hoops to get them. I will just go to winco and walmart for now on. It's a shame because the customer service is great.
