  I had to come on here and express my issues with this stand. Listen, I am an avid Duch Bros fan. I spend too much money here, as this is almost an every day stop at least once a day for my husband and myself as we live right around the corner. There is no complaint when it comes to "cheer" from the crew when we come through, the staff are fun and peppy for sure.. without saying when coming here for blended drinks, they usually never mess it up. Mainly because it's all made in a machine and they can pour to go. However, I have came in and ordered the SAME drink for over a year and they have consistently messed it up. Almost EVERY SINGLE TIME they mess my drink up. I have had to stand in line and have them REMAKE my drink 3 times over and over for them to make it right. I can tell my drink is off by the color it is, and when I voice my issues the crew get bitter. Rude. Short. They act some type of way towards me, like entitled teenagers that just want me to leave. I'm sorry but we drop like $20-30 every time we comethrough. I just want what I'm paying for... I have actively been going to Starbucks or Kassie's corner to avoid going here and they don't mess my drinks up. It's just ridiculous that almost EVERY single time I come through I'm having them remake it. There is one gal there, that she sees me and she knows what I'm coming through for and she nails it every time. It's just fact that I don't have an extra 15 minutes every time I come through your stand, sit behind 8+ cars to have your team remake my drink wrong two more times. Don't even get me started about the light ice. I literally say "VERY light ice" because it takes me a minute to drink my drink and I don't want them watered down, they will give me a cup half full of ice... and give me glares and act rude when I'm like "I ordered it with VERY light ice..." and then they take it and take some ice out and pour milk in it to make it look more full.. like.. this is SO frustrating. I from now on, will actively avoid going here even more than I already do, or manage to drive down to the mall when I want some DB from now on. I'm so over paying you guys, you guys asking for tips, and you consistently mess my drink up more than you don't.
