It wasn’t used and I have the receipt and I’m told by RANDI IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WON’T TAKE A RETURN FROM ANOTHER STORE BECAUSE THERE “SALE NUMBERS WILL GO DOWN” THE ONLY STORE I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH RETURN’S OR EXCHANGE IS ON CALLOW- EVERY OTHER STORE IS MORE CONCERNED WITH THEIR SALE’S NUMBERS THEN MAKING THE RETURN/ EXCHANGE EASIER FOR THE CUSTOMER. GIG HARBOR, MCWILLIAMS; SILVERDALE AND PORT ORCHARD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!

The Main walkways are way too crowded and the new self check-out area consumes too much main aisle room. There's no room to pass people coming the other direction. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it took almost 15 minutes to make, which felt way too long considering there wasn’t much going on. When I finally got it, the burrito was a mess. It was barely wrapped, falling apart, and the ingredients were just thrown together. Half of it spilled out as soon as I opened the wrapper. For the price I paid, I expected something at least put together properly. Super disappointing and honestly not worth the wait.
