I was very polite but she didn’t care. Most of the Safeway employees Ive encountered in my life have been very helpful but this place by far was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The other workers were fabulous and helped me. If i worked there and had that chick manager, sue, i would quit immediately. She was awful to deal with and i hope i never see her ever again at any store. That manager needs to work alone and not interact with people ever again.

I called the store and the worker said I could come any day and get a free drink. When I went the next day I was told no they wouldn’t make a new drink or give a refund. The worker was very rude. Don’t go to this location.
