I get it's McDonald's, but at least act like you enjoy your job instead of taking it out on your customers. Love the morning crew, mixed experiences past that.

I had made a mobile order online, I am allergic to onions so I put ONLINE no onions. As I pulled up to the drive-through, I also clarified with them that I would like no onions on that because I am allergic. I had also clarified that I did not want onions on my burger and I wanted everything made separate at the window too. I clarified with them that they did not add onions. I got home and realized that they did add them, no problem. so I drove back and asked them to remake the food because my order was made wrong. I’m not really as upset about that but as I was eating my burger, there were HAIRS (long human hair) in my burger, immediately gagged and spit it out. Im not sure if it was an accident or if they were just trying to get back at me for having them remake it. I’m very disappointed because they were very nice to me about making my order again but I will not be going back. I do know one of the managers personally so this is so upsetting.

I work in delivery, and I’ll be rating this as a delivery driver. Definitely 5 stars. The team always gets everything done on time, and if there’s ever a delay, I’m informed about how long to wait. The wait is never more than 5 minutes. Excellent work.
