Previously when I would order sour cream on my bowl it's no extra. Now it's always extra extra extra. How did I even get charged for queso, probably because the girl just assumed it was and didn't think to ask what it was. (Idk how the hot queso would make it in those little plastic cups) I don't come here often every few months so I don't pay attention to what they ring up until I check my receipt. 1.95 then 1.60 I get is not much but it adds up and idk why I'm even being charged extra. I'm okay with finding a different dinner option.

We had no idea that adding queso and guacamole to the bowls would raise the price by 5 dollars for each bowl. 7 bucks for 2 drinks is really overpriced. Also, the “bowl” or large queso for 10 bucks and it measures 3/4c. Not worth it. At these prices, I can go to a Mexican restaurant and get a real bowl of queso. If you’re going to upcharge for items by this amount you should warn people. It’s not very easy when you’re in line and everyone is waiting behind you to order to know what is included and not in your bowl. The food tasted good, but I’ll definitely think of other options in restaurants next time.

This isn't the first time this has happened. It use to be a reliable place to get food on a pinch. I will never return to this Chipotle because of their clear lack of professionalism among the staff. I get it's fast food but at the same time it's not rocket science to make sure the order is correct when given multiple chances to correct it. This place needs a management overhaul.
