- DSDahmar SmilesAug 27, 20251.0This is not a criticism on the staff at all. They do a fabulous job. The issue are the working conditions. There is absolutely no reason for it to be as HOT inside of this facility as it is with little to no ventilation. As of this review it is 75F outside and at least 95F inside of this building. The management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their workers AND customers to endure these conditions.
