We walked to the other side of the building, which was also locked with no signs. Customers were eating inside. An employee was sitting in the dining room and observed us trying the doors repeatedly. I called the restaurant and they said I had to go through the drive through. A deaf individual also came to the doors and they were unwilling to serve him. Because he wasn't driving they said he couldn't even utilize the drive through to pick up his order. My family member has disability challenges that make eating in the car difficult, but we tried the drive through anyways, waiting for 10 minutes without moving. My order switched to being shown as picked up even though we never even made it to the drive through speaker. I called to cancel my order and get a refund as I hadn't received my food, and she said I couldn't get a refund without calling the corporate line, despite them never giving me my food. I called and it was not open. I was charged for food that we did not receive. We had to drive to another town to find a Wendy's with an open dining room.
