It's frustrating enough when most subways don't offer a majority of the promotion items due to being franchised, but this one did at a higher price than the advertised website price. That should have been my first clue to leave but I was hungry and what's an extra dollar, ok. After going to pay the sign says(not hidden by a hand written sign) that you can get chips OR cookies included in the sub of the day meal. So I decided to do just that and was charged almost 2 dollars for substitution. I asked the worker what the deal with that was, and her being new, she had to call her manager who proceeded to tell her that the price is right. Cookies cost extra. Not gonna argue with them I took my food and left. But what should have been a cheap lunch turned almost full price for one of their subs. They seem to be penny pinching their customers according to some of these reviews, trying to get as much out of them as they can. I would just go to Jersey Mike's.
