  First (and last) time here. Horrible experience. The girl helping was nice. Older Hispanic lady not so much. When it got to the veggies I asked her for what I wanted but she insisted the sauce went first now because that’s how it done otherwise it would be messy. Sure enough it was messy but not because of the sauce (plenty of other places still put sauce last and somehow still manage to make it look good). I’ll attach a picture of how it looked, plus she made it upside down for some reason (meat on top). I was still going to eat it. Doesn’t make sense to not eat a sandwich cause it’s messy. Took one bite and it tasted gross. The meat smelled and tasted spoiled. It’s the same sandwich I’ve ordered elsewhere for the past 10+ years. It tasted spoiled. I NEVER bother with taking food back because it’s not worth the effort. Definitely took it back this time because it was a $15 sandwich that I couldn’t even eat plus the attitude already left a bad taste in my mouth. The younger girl handled the refund and was nice enough. The other lady started speaking in Spanish (which I also speak) stating there was nothing wrong with the meat and a rude tone to her. Definitely don’t recommend this place at all.

  Asked to use a footlong coupon prior to ordering and said won’t be a problem. Finished making it and then another worker says they can’t accept coupon at the time and had to pay almost $18 for a sub is nuts. And behold it didn’t even taste fresh, veggies looked old.

  I just walked out of this place, very disappointed. The lady who is the “manager” (blonde, Hispanic lady) was very rude to the customers and to the only employee helping her. I asked the girl doing my sandwich for extra jalapeños and the “manger” told me “we can’t do extra veggies. You get the portion we put on it only”. She then proceeds to tell the girl helping me “I already told you not to be getting these people into bad habits” in Spanish as if I didn’t speak the language. I understood everything she told her. The owner of this location really needs to check on the employees here. Stay away for this subway location!!
