I honestly think the problem is the transient population of homeless people that travel around Tacoma after hours not the residents. I have ordered pizza 5 or 6 times and only had it delivered 2 or 3 times because they say they won't deliver to the nativity house after dark. I tip very well and always make sure to meet the driver outside and have never had a problem

I placed my rewards order online and it never showed up at the location and there was noting the staff could do... The employees were very nice about it and my pizza order (made in the store) was very tasty.

The food itself was great, but the service and atmosphere during my last visit were very disappointing. The hygiene standards were concerning—the same employee taking orders in-store and over the phone was also handling pizzas without washing her hands. On top of that, she seemed stressed, openly cussing at her manager about the lack of staff, which created a very unprofessional environment. What made things worse was the long wait time.. I had to wait over an hour for my order. This location definitely needs better staffing, management, and attention to cleanliness.
