Their parking is not attached and it was an inconvenience. Idiocy #3 After asking me to park for my food they never brought it out! I had to go in and get my food! What was the point of using the drive thru? The food was consistent, but the service and communication was absolutely laughable.

Employees were making comments about other customers that we could clearly hear. Did the online survey and never heard back from local store. Fast forward 2 weeks. Decided to try again. This time the customer service was even worse. The lady in black with the mask, on Saturday the 13th at 2:45 pm, was the most rude. Ordered in the app again. Ordered Peanut Buster parfait with chocolate ice cream. She made it with vanilla. When I told her it was wrong, she argued with me. When I showed her the online receipt, she grabbed it from me and aggressively threw it in the trash. Could clearly hear her bithcing about us and made the comment "I'm just trying to get rid of them". My wife ordered a blizzard and we paid extra for peanut butter. Clearly was not there. She again snatched it from my hand, slammed a couple of pumps of the sauce in it and almost threw it back at me. Never remixed it. Never turned it upside down, like they are supposed to. Believe she was a lead or manager. She needs to quit since she doesn't like her job. Contacted the review site and heard back from corporate, albeit a generic form letter. Will drive further next time since obviously this location needs to close.
