  The sushi platter Chef James recommended was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best I’ve had. The quality was top tier, and you can truly taste the freshness in every bite, especially the tuna. Definitely worth the price. I had a chance to briefly talk with him, and with over 20+ years of experience in Japanese cuisine, it really shows in his craft. He even mentioned he hand-preps fresh tuna weekly, which makes the experience feel even more authentic. It’s also part of their new menu, and I really love how refined everything feels—thoughtfully curated and elevated without being overcomplicated. We actually came here about a year ago, and the experience and atmosphere have completely switched up since then. We decided to give it another try, and it was definitely worth the wait—it truly exceeded expectations and outperformed our previous visit. Highly recommend!
