  We recently ordered a large pan pizza. It had been a while since we had Pizza Hut. It was tasty and hot when it arrived as advised. The service was friendly as well. The price was fair too as we had an online discount! Glad we gave them a try.

  Took us 3 times calling back to back to get this right but it got done. We just wanted 1 pizza half and half HALF PEPPERONI HALF SAUSAGE AND PEPPERONI why did it take 3 times lmfao

  Tonight, I ordered 2 pan (1 supreme, 1 cheese) and some wings for 6pm. When I got there at 6. The screen says "ready," but the person behind the counter said, "3 mins." I waited for about 15 mins and the manager ( I assume) said, they forgot one of the pan. He then gave me a $20 credit. I waited a bit more. Than the manager gave me my order but it was 1 large supreme and 1 pan supreme. I showed him my order and he was apologetic and fast tracked my cheese pan. After waiting for another 15 mins, he gave me a large cheese instead of a pan. By this time, it has been an hour. I literally waited for an hour for my order and they screwed up multiple times. I calmly said, "this is not what I asked and I would like a refund." The manager got angry at me and walked away and asked another employee to process my refund. I cannot believe that the manager had the guts to get mad at me when I had waited for an hour for my order and they screwed it up multiple times. I understand it was busy and things get screwed up but don't get mad at me when they screwed up my order multiple times.
