  The worst McDonald’s , especially given that it’s new. They somehow screwed up a McFlurry and then didn’t bring it curbside so I went in and waited while the dude at the counter finished a few more TikTok videos . Got my McFlurry and it wasn’t the right flavor or with the extra Oreos so instead of remaking it they dumped a gallon of shamrock sauce on top and didn’t mix it lol. Anyway for $6 it’s a pretty bobo McFlurry even though I was nice about their prior screw ups. The parking lot is a whole scene as well, very Federal Way… very demure

  Here’s the deal I’m in customer service & know it takes a lot to serve people . I am highly upset that my last 3x here my orders have been wrong & I’ve spoken to the mgr who credited my order & it was wrong on that order too. Just done with this location . Do better it’s not right

  If you want good customer service don't bother coming here . The people who run the windows are rude it's obvious they don't want to work here. They will leave $25 worth of food out of your order and then when you call them they will just say "Oh we'll put your name in our books and hang up on you without ever getting your name.". Spent 100$ on food for them to leave out 60 chicken nuggets. Ordered 6 20 pieces and only got 6 10 pieces. I would rather drive down to the one near 272 than go through this drive through again

  I haven't been to McDonald's in years but I remembered I used to get vanilla ice cream cones for a buck fifty a few years ago, A LOT. I got addicted to Wendy's chocolate frostees but then the machine must've been going out so I stood getting them there. I started getting the McD cones again until I realized after having to get 3 in a row cause they're small that I had spend $9- on them cause they're just about $3- each. I said no way. So I went back to Wendy's and I got their Jr. Vanilla frostees, one for $1,98 incl tax plus a free one cause I bought this little key chain thingie for $3- a few months ago for that deal for a year. I didn't know it but their vanilla frostee is just as delicious as the other's cone. Yes, I'm that broke that I have to sweat it but a better deal is a better deal anyway. They're not the cheapest guys in town anymore and the other guy is really good. Unlike J in the B, not good. I'd still very the cones of they were $1.50 or maaybee even $2- but that's it. They're delicious but too small. Sorry MD

  I can help save this location money in wages. The 2nd window in the drive thru is not needed as they just tell you to pull around the building. This can be done at the same window you pay at saving the voice and stress on the arm opening the 2nd window for no reason. In the past year or better I have seen no food ever come out that window. Have those folks run the food out, otherwise they truly are not needed. If using the drive thru DO NOT move until you know you have the right food.
