My Door Dash order came without my sons nuggets. I have done food service/customer service for 20+ years. This location was absolutely amazing I called about my issue and they told me to come in no problem. When I got there they had my sons order and were so friendly. Will absolutely be going there and ordering again. Thank you so much. Keep up the amazing work!!

I placed a doordash order around 10-11pm two days ago, it was a $67 order that was cancelled immediately right after I placed the payment so I have to wait for my refund. It's annoying and no reason for a cancellation. I'm writing this now because I finally have time but it's disappointing when I enjoy Wendy's food but not necessarily this location, it's mid tier.

This place is ridiculous! I went through after work at around 11:00 pm. I'm the only customer at the time. I ordered a Dave's single, fries, and a frosty. The fries were ice cold so they were going to remake them. I decided to open my burger and it was ice cold as well. At the prices they charge I just decide to get a refund and go somewhere else. The manager refunds me doesn't even apologize or for that matter say anything to me. I ask her why they would serve me an ice cold burger and fries. She says with a sarcastic tone" We serve everything fresh". What a bunch of BS!!! I will never go here again! Obviously the employees here could care less about customers. If you go here I highly recommend you check your food before you drive off. It will probably be ice cold!! Very disappointed!

Each time I've eaten here there has been an issue with the food. Im only writing this review now because I was gonna stop here with family but someone was yelling in the drive threw to where coming around the corner by the discount tire in the afternoon we could hear someone getting upset at ordering. Im guessing something was going on between the staff and this person but who knows. Their burgers used to be great but each time 4 times in a row they had a chemical after taste and when I came through and bought another meal to explain to the manager she honestly sounded concerned and I explained I wasn't angry or anything but its like it was completely disregarded tho because when I came through a week later the exact same thing happens again. Got fairly sick after eating their Dave's double and will not return to this location anymore after giving 4 chances spread out over 6 months. Not gonna put my gut through that ever again.
