That’s a long time for a broken machine that they should take immediate action for taking care of the repairs. Guess I won’t be coming back here again. Definitely not satisfied

She refused to wash her hands before making my sandwich which caused my stomach to hurt all day, over charged me for the $6 meal of the day causing me to pay $14.08, then refused to ring up my chips but ended up still giving them to me. I asked for the general manager she refused to give me the general manager. I went back in recorded the interaction with her, (she provided consent to the recording). I have all documents I need, Id like a refund at this point please. She also repeatedly hung up in my face, i recorded the interaction with the new built in call feature for mobile calling. she then stopped answering the phone the whole day. Looking forward to a response, Thank you! :)
- SESilver ExctasySep 29, 20255.0Honestly it does suck they don’t let people to sit inside or even use the restroom (I was just picking up so not something I even mind) but the store is clean the veggies are all fresh the bread is soft. The one lady is usually working she’s nice and seems clean.
