So much under lock and key, only one door access and that is restricted by barriers to allow you in one path and out another. The groceries are the same as anywhere. Not a place I choose to go at night. It is sad.

Wish there were more of them during peak hours. 10/10 service every time! But I had made the mistake of shopping in store today - they installed a gate at the entrance and locked up the frozen fish. Took FOREVER to get it unlocked. I can't imagine what other changes they made. Absolutely dystopian and a huge disappointment.

I ordered through Uber 3 dozen regular sized cupcakes but whomever filled the order said they only had mini cupcakes, ok, no problem but instead of sending 3 dozen they sent 1 dozen. 1 does not equal 3. So after paying over $7 in all those stupid convenience fees I get a dozen mini cupcakes delivered that cost less than the fees. The frustration comes from the incompetence and the fact that I didn't even get my monies worth of product for all those ridiculous fees. And the manager was not helpful, he said he would reimburse my money, that NEVER happened. 🙄 The manager also got flustered because I was so upset, if you cannot handle customers when they are so upset, step down and let someone do it that can de-escalate, anger is a secondary emotion, it's not the original issue.
