The store is kept clean, the employees are very friendly, the aisles are marked clearly and organized/stocked regularly throughout each day as needed. I know the staff here work very hard every day to keep customers happy and make their shopping easier. They stock everything you could possibly need at a grocery store and have a great variety of options despite their fairly limited space. The pricing couldn't be better for anyone with a Club membership and a Smartphone to download the Just4U app. They've had to make some serious changes and sacrifices to how the store functions as a result of issues from the local community. Most of those involve theft of products and store property. Unfortunately, this has resulted in a noticeable lack of quality carriers and absolutely no baskets 😞 I feel bad that such a great store has had to suffer the failings of the people they've served for decades. Many times I've seen people just leaving with baskets and carts of untagged or self bagged, unpaid for groceries. What used to be a rare occurrence now happens almost daily. They don't deserve it. Despite all that the place continues to do it's absolute best to serve both the employees and the regular customers. They're a 5 star Store and always have been.

I waited at the pickup spot for 17 minutes before finally going inside to check on my order. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, the staff claimed that the pickup employee had “looked for my car” and said I wasn’t there — which simply isn’t true. Mistakes happen, but what’s frustrating is being blamed for something that clearly wasn’t my fault. A simple acknowledgment and apology would have gone a long way.
