I've been without medication now for 10 days, with no refill in sight. They keep telling me 'they will call'.

"The aggressive accusations of theft and the refusal to even look at my valid receipt felt clearly like racial profiling. I believe I was targeted and treated with suspicion because of my background, and I am requesting that Safeway investigate this as a case of discrimination.
I am sharing this to warn the community about the unprofessional and discriminatory treatment I received at the Safeway on S 320th St.
In December, I purchased a $150 gift card that turned out to be drained. When I went to the store for help, a daytime manager (slender female in her 50s) made me stand there for 30 minutes and then told me to come back the next day. When I returned, they did absolutely nothing and didn't even apologize.
Instead, the other manager and a bookkeeper treated me like a criminal. They yelled at me, judged me, and even accused me of stealing the money myself and demanding cash back. They claimed it was my fault because the card was scratched, ignoring that this is the only way to check a balance.
Corporate customer service eventually investigated, confirmed the card was stolen and drained on December 29th, and replaced it immediately. It is disgusting that local management chose to accuse a customer of a crime instead of doing their jobs. This store needs a major culture shift to stop this kind of discrimination and verbal abuse."

**BUYER BEWARE** Bought this smoked flavored pasta from the deli with cheese bits and it gave both my daughter and I diarrhea, bad indigestion and I threw up, had to call out from work to take care of us both. 1/27/27
I agree with a lot of the comments in regards to the store being absolute garbage with drug addicts and homeless just loitering at the doors. Literally saw them right by the trash bins all sharing drugs. Unfortunately this is where I pick up my prescription ( for now) and is the closest, but try to avoid coming here at all cost! It’s absolutely filthy in the parking lot as well and the lines need to be re painted!

Great food but the 2 women working in the deli on 1/25/26 @ 3:40pm were extremely rude to my PREGNANT! girlfriend, and myself. I'm beyond pissed that they even thought(which they actually said aloud, for everyone to hear) how just because we look homeless doesn't mean we are thieves, or homeless for that matter, I'm so irate that I can't even think straight very disappointed in Safeway's employees (then when I went to go get the food they pretty much threw it on the counter at me, smdh!!

This safeway is a complete disgrace I simply went into the store and went to the bathroom and was cussed at ,threatened , and physically patted down and bag gone through for no apparent reason . I'm baffled how unprofessional these safeway Thugs/employees act and talk to customers whatever you do don't go here unless you want to be completely violated and disrespected.
