I waited for about 15 mins and the manager ( I assume) said, they forgot one of the pan. He then gave me a $20 credit. I waited a bit more. Than the manager gave me my order but it was 1 large supreme and 1 pan supreme. I showed him my order and he was apologetic and fast tracked my cheese pan. After waiting for another 15 mins, he gave me a large cheese instead of a pan. By this time, it has been an hour. I literally waited for an hour for my order and they screwed up multiple times. I calmly said, "this is not what I asked and I would like a refund." The manager got angry at me and walked away and asked another employee to process my refund. I cannot believe that the manager had the guts to get mad at me when I had waited for an hour for my order and they screwed it up multiple times. I understand it was busy and things get screwed up but don't get mad at me when they screwed up my order multiple times.

I ordered large pepperoni pizza and cost me almost $25 for just pepperoni compared to little Caesar’s is way better and cheaper for a large pepperoni. I only went here because a friend of mine wanted to order pizza from this place. The sauce tastes like they used ketchup for the pizza sauce and the crust was really thin and burned. Don’t go here for pizza orders.
