Not only did they refund my purchase, they gave me a credit for my next visit which I just redeemed. Soup taste/consistency is excellent and what I expect from Panera. Thank you very much for providing excellent customer recovery and service. It is very much appreciated!!! Just opened up my broccoli cheddar soup that I waited almost 20 minutes for when doing in person rapid pick up at this location. Not only does it have the taste and consistency of dishwater, there is not ONE piece of actual broccoli in it. Totally disappointing experience, and not worth the money! Long time rewards member, will think twice about spending my money at Panera. Seems to have gone downhill in all locations near me in the past year. As a business owner, I understand the costs of running a business have gone up, but if you're going to so obviously surrender quality of product, you are doing your business a disservice long term.

It seems like no care was taken in making it, and the quality was so poor that it feels misleading to consumers. This was honestly the worst sandwich I’ve ever had, and I wanted to bring this to your attention.
