  If I could give this location zero ⭐️ , I would. I’ve experienced repeated issues with incorrect and incomplete delivery orders. The first mistake involved receiving the wrong dessert, and the second was far more frustrating—I ordered two meals and received only one sandwich. Sauces were missing, and both drinks arrived without straws. Judging by the volume of similar complaints in other reviews, this appears to be a recurring problem. This location needs to take accountability and improve its order accuracy

  Out of 5 times ive been here the fries are always cold. The management and staff are disrespectful and dismissive both times I've needed help. The kiosks work and the burger cook is pretty good tho This is the worst McDonald's I've been to

  I work in the Sound Transit station right next-door,. McDonalds don’t open the doors for inside eating I think until six or later so all of us from the station usually just walk through the drive-through and they serve us because we don’t have a car available.we all get breakfast here all the time. We have done this ever since this station has opened. I’ve done it myself 10 times. Today all of a sudden 1-03-26 at 5:35 I walk up to the window in my uniform and they won’t serve me. They tell me they can’t serve from the window . Lying to my face even though you have served me and my fellow employees more than a dozen times . And I know what the problem is it’s the employees that are on duty now. Thanks a lot McDonald’s gal working the first window between 5:30 and 5:40 am. What’s so upsetting about this is she called another woman employee over to ask in that employee told her to go ahead and help me. But she didn’t like that answer so she went and found another employee and brought her over for her to tell me no. What’s so disgusting about this is if you would’ve just exercise some customer service it actually took longer for you to go grab two employees Because you didn’t wanna serve me. It would’ve been much quicker just to exercise actual customer service and help me. I would’ve been gone in two minutes. I was professional in my uniform and obviously you just didn’t want to provide customer service.

  Every. Single. Time. I come to this mcdonalds they get my order wrong. If its a customized item it could have the receipt correct, sticker on item correct, and they still make it without changes. Items missing. Wrong orders entirely. And they do not care.

  Got the coldest McDouble ever today from this McDs, and it was all hard on the bottom like cardboard as if it had been reheated at least once. Also it was 10:40 AM so I'm not sure how food can get cold that fast unless it was reheated from the night before. Abnormally nasty low quality food for McDonalds, I wont go to this one again.
