I waited roughly 20 minutes between ordering and receiving my food at this McDonald's. When it arrived, it was cold and incorrect. I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes for a correction. I attempted to call the store and was placed on hold three times before giving up. I won't return and don't recommend this location to anyone who values hot food and a timely lunch.

The food is usually good but it's really frustrating that they care more about their drive thru times than customer service. We are sitting in the front with at least seven other cars that are all waiting for the food we ordered through the drive thru and there are so many people waiting that they can't even figure out which car goes with which food. You know it's bad when you don't have enough spaces for the cars you've parked and you have six spaces for them. To make matters even worse when we finally got our food it wasn't even hot. So why are we getting pulled forward if you're not cooking our food? Really disappointing. I used to work from McDonald's and I know that you pull cars forward when it's going to take more time for an item then is reasonable for a person to wait, but if you're just pulling every car forward for your drive-thru times, that's terrible customer service.

They forgot 40 nuggets from our order and wouldn't attend us. I get they couldn't make nuggets since they were in the middle of cleaning up, but they could have helped with a refund. Quality of service has recently gone down at this place, and this was a perfect example of that. Mess ups like that are very frequent.

Ordered thru McDonald’s app for delivery. I just don’t understand why you wouldn’t put the proper utensils in the bag. I did NOT receive straws for 2-mochas & 1-coke which the coke is fine..but the mochas? Then there were no napkins?
That can ruin the entire experience.
Also as you can see, both mochas are super low? Like really?
I didn’t have a complicated order.
