I ordered two cheeseburgers “all the way,” but asked to replace the grilled onions with raw onions on both burgers. Somehow the modification kept getting entered incorrectly, even after I tried to clarify multiple times. It became clear that there was a communication barrier at the register, and despite my efforts to explain the change, the order still wasn’t entered the way I requested. I eventually gave up and accepted it as-is because the interaction was becoming confusing for both of us. The staff member seemed to be trying, so this isn’t about blaming them personally. But as a customer, it’s disappointing when you can’t get a simple modification applied correctly. I hope the location provides more support or training so order accuracy and communication are smoother. I’d really like to have a better experience next time because the food is usually great.
