- I2I Love Cheer 2Jan 1, 20261.0I was so disappointed with the way me & my husband were treated. We were seated & no one came back to check on us for 20 min. We kept looking around. A few families were eating but not really too busy. They couldn't come take our order or answer any questions that we may have had. So we literally got up after trying several times to get someone's attention. We walked out & no one attempted to stop us & help. Anyway we drove a little further down the street to another restaurant called Jasmine Mongolian Grill & it was super delicious. I'm kind of glad that Engimono ignored us & now they lost new potential customers & money. I can only conclude that they didn't want to serve African Americans because we 2 were the only ones.

Each arrived at our table hot (which we really appreciated) and we couldn't decide which we liked the best because they were all so good. The Fried Chicken Katsu and the Potato Croquettes were wonderfully crunchy. The Shrimp Steamed Dumplings and the Steamed BBQ Roast buns were nicely presented and delicious. This was our first time here and we will be back regularly for the great food, efficient service and reasonable prices.

Lo Bak Go/Turnip cake: 5/5 one of my favorote dimsum foods and good here Spicy Edamame: 5/5 spicy chili sauce was delicious Siu Mai/Shrimp and Pork Dumpling: 6/5 the tobiko roe on top is a great touch Black Custard Bun: 3/5 So delicious and unique flavor but the custard inside had separated unfortunately BBQ Pork Bun: Perfectly steamed, not dry at all and very tasy We have ordered door dash from Engimono several times but never tried dine in. I highly recommend it! Convenient touchless menu. The only downside was that it was very cold in the restaurant.
