I came in and said “bowl please” and she skipped the rice option entirely then asked meat …and after a two second count of looking and choosing she walked away to stock something. We love this location and are regulars and this isn’t the norm. You guys have a fairly awesome staff and one bad one slipped by. She’s gonna lose you alot of customers with that attitude. If you don’t wanna work in customer service then go home. Don’t even attempt it. You’re bringing this awesome location down.
